in a timely and professional manner.\nAssist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions.\nProcess orders, amendments, and returns efficiently.\nEscalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary.\nProvide feedback to improve customer service processes.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.\nReliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.\nPrevious experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.\nRequired Equipment:\nA laptop or desktop
