This position will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, operational, and compliant while providing strong leadership to a team of maintenance and facility personnel.\nThe ideal candidate is a working leader who is comfortable troubleshooting and completing hands-on repairs, particularly in electrical and drywall, while also having the ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and lead a team across multiple facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the day-to-day facility and maintenance operations for three locations.\nLead, schedule, train, coach, and develop facility/maintenance team members.\nAssign work orders and ensure maintenance requests are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nPerform and oversee hands-on maintenance and repairs, including:\nElectrical troubleshooting and basic electrical repairs\nDrywall repair, patching, finishing, and painting\nGeneral building maintenance\nPlumbing and HVAC troubleshooting as needed\nDoors, locks, fixtures, equipment, and other facility repairs\nConduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.\nCoordinate preventative maintenance programs and ensure scheduled work is completed.\nManage outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs or services are required.\nMonitor facility-related expenses, supplies, tools, and materials.\nMaintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.\nEnsure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and applicable codes and regulations.\nRespond to facility emergencies and prioritize urgent repairs.\nCommunicate effectively with leadership and facility staff regarding maintenance needs, projects, and operational concerns.\nTravel between the three locations is needed to provide support and maintain consistent standards of facility.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with electrical repairs and troubleshooting.\nDemonstrated experience with drywall repair, patching, finishing, and painting.\nPrevious experience leading, supervising, or managing a maintenance/facilities team.\nStrong knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.\nAbility to read and understand basic electrical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance documentation.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple work orders and manage competing priorities across multiple locations.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently while also effectively leading a team.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation between facilities, if required.\nExperience managing contractors and service vendors.\nExperience with preventative maintenance programs\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for a hands-on leader. You don't need to be afraid of a wrench, ladder, drill, electrical panel, or drywall repair.
