You’ll lead a global accounting team of 10-15 people across the US, Colombia, Canada, and the Philippines, and you’ll work side-by-side with the CFO in daily meetings - not buried in a back office. This isn’t a role for someone looking to coast; it’s a roll-up-your-sleeves position for someone who wants to build, fix, and lead, and who sees a path to a future CFO seat.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and continuously improve the global month-end close process across all entities and geographies.\nOversee the customer invoicing process and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.\nManage consolidation of financial statements across multiple legal entities and currencies.\nOwn budget vs. actual reporting and partner with department leaders on variance analysis.\nServe as primary liaison with external auditors and the tax team, ensuring clean, well-supported audits.\nManage, mentor, and develop a global accounting team of 10-15 professionals.\nPartner closely with the CFO and C-suite on ad hoc financial projects and special assignments.\nHelp drive process improvements and scalability as the company grows and matures operationally.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in accounting required.\nCPA preferred.\nProven experience leading an accounting team - prior experience as a Controller is a plus but not required; this can be a step-up opportunity for the right candidate.\nExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation preferred.\nStrong knowledge of month-end close processes and internal controls.\nExperience working with external auditors and tax advisors.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with evolving priorities.\nStrong communication skills and the executive presence to work directly with senior leadership.\nMust be able to work hybrid, on-site in Tampa, FL (near Tampa International Airport).\nBenefits\nCompensation & Benefits\n Salary:(Starting salary depends on experience and qualifications)\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.\n Income Protection: Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage.\n Retirement: 401(k) savings plan.\n Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays.\nWhy Join OneTouch Direct\nThis role offers rare visibility into the C-suite for an accounting leader - daily collaboration with the CFO and direct exposure to company strategy and decision-making.
