we create strategic, visually compelling marketing collaterals that elevate brands and dive business growth.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Content Creator\n\nLocation: Abeokuta, Ogun\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThe Content Creator will be responsible for developing & executive creative content ideas, planning and shooting video content, and editing videos for the company's social media platforms.\nWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Abeokuta, Ogun State.\nThe successful candidate must have a good understanding of social media content trends and be able to transform ideas into engaging, high-quality video content.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdapt relevant trends to align with the company's brand and target audience.\nEdit raw footage into polished and engaging videos suitable for social media platforms.\nShoot high-quality video content using a smartphone,or other appropriate equipment.\nStay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, sounds, challenges, and creative concepts.\nMake revisions to content based on feedback from the Creative Director.\nEnsure all completed content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and creative direction.\nSubmit completed content for review and approval within agreed timelines.\nDirect and coordinate individuals participating in content shoots to ensure quality output.\nCreate short-form video and audio content such as Reels, promotional videos, talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes content, b-rolls, and other relevant formats.\nDevelop creative and engaging content ideas based on the company's objectives and target audience.\nAdd appropriate transitions, captions, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements during editing.\nDevelop video scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content concepts where required.\nWork closely with the Creative Director to ensure content produced meets the required and approved content plan.\nPlan and prepare for content shoots, including scripts, concepts, locations, props, and shot lists where required.\nOrganise and properly store raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and other content assets.\nReport onsite once weekly for scheduled content shoots and other creative activities.\nCapture quality photographs and other visual assets during content production.\n\nKPIs / Performance Expectations\n\nConsistent delivery of assigned video content within agreed deadlines.\nProper organisation and storage of raw and completed content.\nAbility to produce content according to the approved content plan.\nQuality and creativity of content produced.\nQuality of video shooting, editing, sound, lighting, and overall presentation.\nAdherence to brand guidelines and creative direction.\nAbility to effectively incorporate current trends into relevant content.\nAttendance and active participation in weekly onsite content production activities.\nTimely implementation of revisions and feedback.\nNumber of approved content pieces produced within the agreed period.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nGood storytelling and communication skills.\n1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, social media content production, or a related field.\nProficiency in video creation & editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.\nComfortable appearing in videos when required.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail.\nStrong understanding of video composition, framing, lighting, and audio recording.\nMust be available to work onsite once a week in Abeokuta, Ogun State.\nCreative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas.\nGood understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats.\nAbility to develop creative and engaging content concepts.\nStrong mobile video shooting and editing skills.\nAbility to write simple video scripts, hooks, and content outlines.\n\nAdded Advantage:\n\nExperience directing people during video shoots.\nExperience creating content for businesses, brands, or organisations.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating previous video/content creation work.\nExperience with Canva or other graphic design tools.\nExperience working with content calendars.\nBasic photography skills.\n\nWorking Arrangement:\n\nThis is a hybrid position.
