This individual will set team goals, hire hyper talented engineers, prioritize projects while also being actively involved in all cloud infrastructure and operations decision making, requirement identification and ensuring that the team executes with excellence. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to envision, conceptualize and develop key technologies and processes to enhance OneTrust's long-term position in the market. \nYour Mission \nTo manage software development, infrastructure rollout, and cloud operations in collaboration with other departments including design, buildout, documentation, and testing new and existing features. \nAnalyze and resolve cloud infrastructure issues and needs in terms of the software's full life cycle \nOversee end-to-end operations activities for teams and their projects \nMonitor reliability and performance of all infrastructure to suggest improvements \nEnsure compliance with security regulations \nManage cloud infrastructure and software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines \nDesign strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources \nImplement innovative technologies \nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders \nProvide technical oversight to the team \nEnsure projects are delivered on time \nFind opportunities to improve operational and developmental processes \nBuild out onboarding and mentoring programs to teach and train engineers \nYou Are \nAn excellent communicator, capable of understanding and explaining the big picture to all levels of stakeholders, vendors and clients.
