You will work directly with enterprise customers to design how they govern AI and data in practice, not just in policy. You will lead high-impact deals, influence executive stakeholders, and help position OneTrust as a leader in AI governance. \nAt the same time, you will help raise the level of the entire Solutions Engineering organisation by building repeatable approaches that scale beyond our own deals. \nYour Mission \nOwn technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and partner closely with Account Executives to drive deal progression and win outcomes \nEngage senior stakeholders including CIO, CISO, AI, Risk, and Data leaders in high-impact conversations \nDesign end-to-end AI and data governance solutions, translating fragmented requirements and regulatory expectations into scalable architectures and workflows \nLead deep discovery, clearly position against alternatives, and deliver POCs that demonstrated both technical fit and business value \nBuild reusable solution patterns, demos, and best practices that scale across the organisation, while mentoring and enabling other SEs \nAct as a bridge between field, product, and leadership, bringing customer insight to shape GTM strategy and market positioning \nWhat Success Looks Like \nYou lead the most strategic opportunities in the business \nYou consistently improve technical win rates in complex deals \nYou shape how customers think about AI governance, not just how they buy software \nYou leave behind assets and approaches that improve performance across the team \nYour Experience Includes \n10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales \nStrong experience working with enterprise customers on complex software decisions \nStrong technical grounding in SaaS, cloud, APIs, and enterprise integrations \nBackground in one or more of: AI, data, security, privacy, risk, or compliance \nDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field \nYou Are \nComfortable with ambiguity and motivated to solve problems that do not have a playbook yet \nAble to move between technical depth to executive conversation without losing credibility \nCommercially aware, with a clear understanding that pre-sales is about winning business, not just explaining technology \nFocused on building things that scale, not just succeeding individually \nFluent in English, with another language considered a plus \nWilling to travel as needed \nWhere we Work\nWe are embracing an office-first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person.\nEach role may have specific requirements or flexibility depending on the scope of the position, so we encourage you to verify this with your recruiter during your first interview.\nBenefits\nAs an employee at OneTrust, you will be part of the OneTeam.
