You will play a critical role in building solutions from scratch, iterating quickly, and getting them client/market-ready.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and deploy advanced AI solutions using the latest Generative AI techniques including: \nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. \nDesigning and building Agentic AI systems to automate complex decision-making workflows. \nFine-tuning Foundation and Small Language Models (SLMs) tailored for domain specific content generation.\nBuild scalable AI workflows, adhering to robust engineering and code quality standards. \nLead end-to-end AI solution development lifecycle - from prototyping and experimentation to deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional global teams - financial analysts, technology architects, and client stakeholders - to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. \nContinuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and research to keep our AI toolkit state-of-the-art. \nWhat We’re Looking For:\n1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering/development with a minimum 2 years specializing in AI/ML roles. \nDeep hands-on expertise with GenAI technologies - RAG frameworks, agent-based AI design patterns, fine-tuning techniques for SLM. \nStrong programming skills in Python with a focus on clean, maintainable, and performant code.\nProven experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with familiarity in containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.\nHaving a public Github code repository or Kaggle profile will be a big plus.\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and scalable system design. \nExposure to NLP, knowledge graphs, ML ops, or similar related areas is a big plus. \nDecent communication skills to effectively collaborate across global teams and handle client interactions.\nSelf-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. \nEducational Background:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree from leading Indian institutes / Universities in: \nComputer Science, or\nAny Engineering discipline, or \nMathematics or related quantitative fields. \nMandatory Skills:\nGen AI, Python, ML Ops, RAG, Language Model\nAbout Oneture Technologies\nFounded in 2016, Oneture is a cloud-first, full-service digital solutions company, helping clients harness the power of Digital Technologies and Data to drive transformations and turning ideas into business realities.\nOur team is full of curious, full-stack, innovative thought leaders who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences and building authentic relationships.
