The ideal candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with clients, understanding complex business problems, designing AI/ML solution architectures, and owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle - from discovery to production deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Engagement & Solutioning \nAct as the primary technical interface for clients, engaging in requirement discussions and solution workshops.\nUnderstand end-to-end business requirements and convert them into scalable AI/ML architectures.\nProvide clear, structured, and practical solution proposals aligned with client objectives.\nLead technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.\nBuild trust as a strategic advisor for AI/ML transformation initiatives. Solution Architecture & Design\nDesign robust, scalable, and production-ready AI/ML systems.\nArchitect end-to-end ML workflows including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.\nEnsure best practices in model governance, MLOps, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.\nDrive architectural decisions aligned with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).\nDelivery Management & Ownership \nOwn complete delivery lifecycle - from project initiation to successful deployment.\nAct as Delivery Incharge ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.\nManage cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers).\nTrack project milestones, manage risks, and ensure execution excellence.\nEnsure high-quality documentation and smooth handover to support teams.\nRequired Skills & Experience \n4 - 6 years of overall experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or advanced analytics.\nStrong hands-on experience in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).\nProven expertise in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.\nDeep understanding of ML architecture patterns, MLOps pipelines, and scalable cloud deployments.\nExperience working with AWS/Azure/GCP AI services.\nStrong problem-solving, architectural thinking, and system design capabilities.\nPrior experience leading and mentoring technical teams.\nExcellent communication skills with mandatory client-facing experience.\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience working on AI/ML use cases in the Retail domain, such as:\nDemand forecasting\nCustomer segmentation\nRecommendation systems\nInventory optimization\nPricing analytics\nPre-sales experience in solution consulting environments.\nExperience building reusable AI accelerators or frameworks.\nRelevant cloud or ML certifications.\nAbout Oneture Technologies \nFounded in 2016, Oneture is a cloud-first, full-service digital solutions company, helping clients harness the power of Digital Technologies and Data to drive transformations and turning ideas into business realities.
