Enterprise Sales Manager - Azure AI & Data

Oneture Technologies is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in the Microsoft Azure, AI, and Data ecosystem. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and generating annual business revenue through solution-led sales. The ideal candidate has an established network of enterprise decision-makers and a proven track record of selling Azure cloud, data engineering, analytics, AI/GenAI, and digital transformation services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Generate annual revenue through Microsoft Azure, AI, and data service offerings.
• Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in Azure migration, cloud modernization, data platforms, analytics, AI/GenAI, and managed services.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning solution proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent Oneture at Microsoft and industry events to expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
• Mandatory experience selling Microsoft Azure, AI, data, or cloud transformation services.
• Demonstrated achievement of a substantial annual sales quota with consistent target attainment.
• Strong network within large enterprises across BFSI, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Experience working with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Data Engineering and Modern Data Platforms.
• AI / Generative AI Solutions.
• Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Power BI.
• Cloud and Data Consulting Services.
