The engineer will be responsible for\nmaintaining a reliable, secure, and well-documented IT environment while supporting\nemployees and coordinating with external vendors.\nMandatory Requirements\n1. IT Infrastructure & User Support\nHands-on experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, operating\nsystems, and business applications.\nExperience with Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting.\nAbility to handle employee onboarding, offboarding, laptop setup, software installation,\nand IT access requirements.\nExperience managing IT tickets, incidents, and user support requests.\nAbility to maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.\n2. Hardware & Software Management\nExperience managing company laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and\nother IT assets.\nMaintain hardware inventory, asset allocation, warranty, and lifecycle records.\nManage software installation, licensing, updates, and access.\nCoordinate hardware repairs, replacements, purchases, and vendor support.\nEnsure company devices are properly configured and maintained.\n3. Networking & Infrastructure\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic routing.\nHands-on troubleshooting of internet, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.\nBasic understanding of firewalls, switches, routers, and network security.\nExperience managing or supporting servers and internal infrastructure.\nCoordinate with ISPs and infrastructure vendors for connectivity and service issues.\n4. User Access & Security\nManage user accounts, groups, permissions, MFA, and access requests.\nExperience with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and Active Directory or equivalent\nidentity platforms.\nFollow access-control and least-privilege practices.\nManage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, system updates, and security configurations.\nMaintain proper records of user access and company IT assets.\n5. IT Operations & Documentation\nMaintain IT asset registers, software inventories, user access records, and infrastructure\ndocumentation.\nMaintain backup procedures and periodically verify backup availability.\nMonitor critical IT systems and infrastructure.\nMaintain incident records and document recurring issues and their resolutions.\nSupport internal reviews, audits, and IT-related compliance requirements.\nGood to Have\nBasic AWS knowledge.\nKnowledge of endpoint management / MDM solutions.\nExperience with IT ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.\nKnowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.\nExperience coordinating with hardware, software, ISP, CCTV, access-control, and other\nIT vendors.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.\nManage company laptops, desktops, printers, networking equipment, software, and\nother IT assets.\nHandle employee onboarding and offboarding, including device allocation and access\nmanagement.\nManage user accounts, email, MFA, VPN, software access, and permissions.\nTroubleshoot network, hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.\nMaintain IT security controls, endpoint protection, patching, and backups.\nMaintain accurate IT asset, software, access, and infrastructure records.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, software, networking,\nand other services.\nMaintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and incident records.\nSupport infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nAssist management with IT procurement, budgeting, and technology requirements.\nEnsure IT systems and processes are
