If you’re passionate about finance, technology, and making a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of something big.\nAbout the Role\nTemporary Full-Time: This is a 14-month contract position with potential to turn into a full-time permanent role.\nOneVest is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a small, high-output marketing team and add real capacity across product marketing, content, and go-to-market execution. This is a generalist role with a content and launch lean: you'll write sales enablement materials, support product launches, build out case studies and web copy, and help translate what OneVest's product actually does into language that resonates with financial institutions and their teams.\nYou'll work closely with Sales and Product to understand what's being built and why it matters, then translate that into impactful sales enablement assets, product launches, and customer stories. Additionally, you will coordinate with OneVest's digital team to ensure content and messaging are seamlessly executed across all channels.\nWhat You'll be Doing\nPositioning & Messaging\nDevelop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for OneVest's platform and new features.\nTranslate product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with wealth management firms.\nDevelop messaging that resonates with target segments and evolves as the product evolves.\nBuild a track record of delivering messaging to key audiences through GTM campaigns, field sales plays, and executive-level presentations.\nPartner with the digital team and broader marketing org to bring campaigns and content to life, while owning core messaging yourself.\nMarket & Customer Insights\nMaintain a working view of the wealth management landscape and share relevant market insights with internal teams.\nIdentify trends in buyer needs and pain points that should inform product and marketing strategy.\nSales Enablement & Go-to-Market\nAct as an internal point of coordination for launches, keeping input from Product, Sales, and Leadership moving so deliverables ship on time.\nCreate sales enablement materials: one-pagers, case studies, battlecards and sales decks.\nSupport product and feature launches end-to-end, partnering with Sales and Product to translate product capabilities into clear, buyer-relevant benefits.\nContent, Launches & Comms\nWrite blog posts, web copy, case studies and onboarding materials that support launches and ongoing demand.\nDevelop engaging content, such as webinars and videos, that showcases product capabilities.\nPartner with the digital team to create a social media strategy, and be responsible for drafting and posting social content, including launches, news, and company milestones.\nDraft press releases and support media outreach, including pitching and coordinating with reporters.\nMust Haves\n5 years of marketing experience with a mix of content, product marketing, and launch execution: a generalist, not a narrow specialist.\nProven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market execution.\nStrong ability to synthesize market and customer insight into clear positioning.\nExcellent written communication skills: This role is judged heavily on writing: clear, persuasive copy that shifts appropriately across sales enablement, web, press, and social.\n Comfortable using AI tools (Claude and others) to execute work quickly, paired with the judgment to critically review, edit, and improve whatever they produce rather than taking output at face value.\n Strong project management skills: able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (Product, Sales, Leadership, the digital team) and keep several initiatives moving against deadlines at once.\nExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.\nComfortable learning a technical, complex product and translating it for non-technical buyers.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment and take ownership without heavy oversight.\nPrior experience at a B2B SaaS company strongly preferred.\nNice to Have\nWealth management, financial services, or fintech experience.\nExperience drafting press releases or coordinating media/reporter outreach.\nExperience managing social content calendars and posting cadences.\nFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar design/content tools.\nExperience with website maintenance and content management.\nBenefits of the Role\nWork closely with the executive team and be part of the conversation on positioning and promoting the best solutions for our customers.\nA fast-paced, broad-scope role that gives you real room to develop as a marketer in B2B SaaS and VC-backed tech.\nA high-teamwork environment where collaboration across teams and departments is the norm, not the exception.\nWhat It’s Like To Work With Us:\nCulture: It’s fun, rewarding, fast-paced - and we build cool stuff, too! \nVacation: 4 weeks of vacation in addition to a company wide shutdown between Christmas and New Year\nFlexibility: A flexible & hybrid working environment\nHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive Group Health, Dental and Vision Benefit Plan right from the start\nEquity: Employee Stock Option Purchase Plan \nSound like a good fit?
