The Customer Service Representative provides effective and efficient customer service to internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services, as well as effective communication with team members within the customer service department.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to:\nHandle heavy loads of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.\nEnsure a quality experience by relaying detailed and accurate information.\nMake outbound calls to promote specials to existing or potential customers.\nRespond to social media leads from platforms such as Yelp, Google, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.\nRespond to emails from customers and company emails.\nUse call-guided scripts to create a job and book an appointment.\nReview booked calls to ensure the account is set up correctly and all preset questions are answered.\nWork closely with the Dispatch team to book priority calls.\nKeep detailed notes in all work orders.\nResolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.\nProvide support across all company departments as needed, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring operational efficiency.\nParticipate in rotational Saturday shifts as required.\nSaturday shift duties include dispatching, monitoring the dispatch board, converting sold jobs, scheduling, etc.\nPerform additional tasks as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMinimum 2 years of customer service experience\nProficient computer skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong problem-solving skills\nAbility to multitask\nSpanish speaker is a plus\nInbound call center experience is a plus\nCompensation:\n$25-$35 hourly, with added performance incentives\nBenefits:\n100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employee\n100% paid disability insurance for employee\n401k with matching plan up to 4% after one year of employment\nLife insurance up to $100,000\n56 hours of FTO time, 0-2 years employed\n40 hours of Sick time annually after 90 days of employment\nOpportunity for growth within the company\nCompany-provided training\nFor career opportunities or inquiries, please visit https://ongaroandsons.com/current-career-opportunities/ or reach out to us at  .
