We're hiring an Amazon Brand Manager for our client - a founder-led, multi-brand consumer goods company selling private-label products on Amazon to US households.

About the role

You'll own full P&L for a portion of the company's Amazon brand portfolio - pricing, advertising spend, inventory, and product discontinuation decisions, with no requirement to escalate those calls. You'll lead a team of Amazon operators handling day-to-day execution, and report to the head of the Amazon channel.

What you'll own

• P&L. Contribution margin, pricing, inventory commitments, and discontinuation decisions for your assigned brands - not just reporting the numbers, but making the calls behind them.

• Advertising strategy. PPC at the strategy level: ACOS vs. TACoS tradeoffs, placement decisions, and how paid spend interacts with organic rank.

• Catalog and inventory. Replenishment planning, storage cost control, and managing a high-SKU, variation-heavy catalog.

• The team. Set priorities for the Amazon operators on your brands, review their work, and be the person they escalate to.

• Cross-functional coordination. Work with supply chain and advertising counterparts across the wider Amazon channel.

• Reporting. Build the plans and performance reporting that go to leadership.

What we're looking for

• You've personally owned the P&L of at least one Amazon private-label brand at $5M+ a year, on the US marketplace - in-house or as founder. This applies regardless of title.

• If you came up through a consolidator or aggregator, that's welcome - as long as you owned a few brands deeply, not just managed accounts against someone else's targets.

• Deep Seller Central fluency: Business Reports, Search Query Performance, Advertising Console, Brand Analytics.

• Financial literacy that holds up live - you can derive a break-even ACOS from a gross margin and read a contribution line net of storage and returns, without notes.

• You've led a team, not just executed against someone else's plan.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• At least four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

This isn't a fit if

• Your Amazon experience is agency-side account management or PPC execution for other people's brands, without your own P&L ownership at real scale.

• Your role has been listings, cases, flat files, and campaign upkeep, or your Amazon experience is limited to a domestic marketplace outside the US.

Fully remote, independent contractor. At least four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
