This is a hands-on operational role - not a purely administrative or advisory position.\nAs part of the role, you will serve as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under SECO/Zürich personnel leasing law, fulfilling a standing legal obligation tied to our EOR licence. This means you must be genuinely employed, operationally involved, and present in Switzerland - not an external adviser lending a name to a form.\nDay-to-day workload is manageable within a 50% FTE, and you will be fully supported by the company's global HR, payroll and compliance teams. Other concurrent work or mandates are welcome, provided they do not interfere with your availability and supervision of the entity's activities.\nThis role is a strong fit for HR or EOR professionals already freelancing, holding consulting mandates, or looking to add a substantive part-time role to their portfolio.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nAct as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under Swiss personnel leasing (SECO) law.\n\nEnsure compliance with Swiss labour-leasing legislation, Swiss employment law, and the staffing industry GAV (minimum wages and equal treatment).\n\nMaintain documentation required for SECO and cantonal audits and inspections.\n\nServe as the primary Swiss contact for SECO and cantonal authorities.\n\nOversee HR and employment operations for the Swiss entity - including onboarding, contract controls, and employment matters.\n\nSupport payroll oversight in collaboration with the global payroll team.\n\nHandle employee and client escalations related to HR and compliance matters.\n\nSupervise the entity's EOR/personnel leasing activities and ensure they are conducted properly.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nRight to Work in Switzerland - one of the following is required:\nSwiss citizen.\n\nEU/EFTA national with a current Swiss B or C permit.\n\nNon-EU/EFTA national with a Swiss C permit (a non-EU/EFTA B permit alone does not qualify).\n\nEU/EFTA national with a genuine 5-year cross-border G permit.\n\nEducation:\nAny completed qualification - EFZ apprenticeship, Matura/Abitur, or university degree in any field.\nExperience - either route qualifies:\nStandard route:\n3+ years in one of the following: recruitment or placement, personnel leasing or staffing (including EOR), substantive HR (not admin-only), personnel consulting, or organisational/business consulting. Employment certificates confirming dates, workload percentage and substantive duties are required alongside a CV.\nAlternative route:\n3+ years of general professional experience plus a completed, recognised HR qualification with a passed exam (e.g. HRSE or VSH HR Assistant). Course attendance without a final certificate does not count.\nCharacter:\nClean criminal record, debt-enforcement register and tax history.\nOther:\nComfortable being named on the Commercial Register with signing authority.\n\nWilling to disclose other jobs, board mandates or licensed-business responsibilities.\n\nGenuinely hands-on - purely advisory profiles (external lawyers or accountants with no operational involvement) are not suitable.\n\nWHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT\nThis is a rare opportunity for an experienced HR or EOR professional in Switzerland to take on a meaningful operational role at a global scale without committing to a full-time position.\nYou will hold a real and recognised legal position within the Swiss entity, with direct contact with SECO and cantonal authorities, while being backed by an experienced international HR, payroll and compliance team.\nThe 50% structure makes this accessible to consultants, freelancers and professionals looking to add a substantive part-time engagement alongside existing work.
