We are hiring our first Meta Ads Specialist to take over campaign management and client communication, so he can focus on growing the agency.\nYou will work directly with the founder and own Meta Ads performance for our dental clients in the US. You start with one client account and take on more as you settle in, up to five current clients, each spending about $1,500-2,000 per month. We are looking for someone who wants to own results and grow into the agency's go-to Meta Ads expert.\nWhat you will do\nPlan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) lead-generation campaigns for US dental practices.\n\nSet up new client ad accounts from scratch: Business Manager, pixel and tracking, campaign structure.\n\nResearch creatives, write and build ads, and run structured tests on audiences, offers, and creative angles.\n\nOptimize for cost per lead (target $25-50) and for booked and attended consultations, not just form fills.\n\nSend each client a performance report every two weeks, using our existing templates.\n\nAnswer ad-hoc client questions promptly and clearly. Dentists are busy, so daily contact is rare.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nMust have:\n5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, including building accounts and campaigns from scratch. Strong candidates with 3-4 years are also considered.\n\nProven lead-generation results for US local-service clients, with numbers you can show (CPL, lead quality, booked appointments).\n\nA structured approach to creative and audience testing.\n\nHands-on tracking setup and troubleshooting: Pixel, Conversions API, lead and booking events.\n\nStrong spoken and written English for direct calls and reports with US clients.\n\nWillingness to learn, take feedback well, and adjust your approach.\n\nClear, reliable communication and an easy-to-work-with attitude.\n\nNice to have:\nDental, clear aligner (Invisalign), or other healthcare lead-gen experience.\n\nAgency background managing several client accounts at once.\n\nUsing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to prepare clear reports.\n\nWhy join\nWork directly with the founder, with real ownership of campaigns and client relationships.\n\nA focused niche: US dental and clear aligner lead generation, with clear KPIs.\n\nGradual onboarding, one account at a time, and a possible path to full-time.\n\nTerms\nPart-time, 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.\n\nDaily overlap with US Pacific time for client calls, ideally 10 AM-2 PM PT (9 AM-1 PM PT also works);
