Now we are building our product & design department from the ground up.\nThe role\nYou will be one of the first people on our product side and shape what ELOVA sells. You decide which products we launch, create variations of what works, and build our collections, hands-on from first idea to live product.\nThere is no large team to hand parts of the work to, and that is the point: you see the whole process, take real responsibility, and learn fast what works and what doesn't. Supply chain and production are handled by the founders, so you can focus on product and collections. Together with you, we will build the full role and the product & design department around it.\nWhat you will do\nChoose which products we sell, from supplier proposals and our own ideas, based on trends, your feeling for fashion and what our customers buy.\n\nCreate variations of our best sellers: new colours, materials, shapes and combinations that keep the range fresh.\n\nBuild our collections: decide what belongs together, how a collection tells a story and when it goes live.\n\nFollow trends and other brands closely, and bring new ideas to the team.\n\nList new products in Shopify, so you see your work go live from start to finish.\n\nHelp shape the product & design department as it grows.\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou are very creative and have a strong feeling for fashion and jewelry.\n\nYou want to build a career in fashion and are excited to grow with a fast-growing, high-volume brand.\n\nYou have a fashion-related education or are close to finishing one, for example, fashion design, fashion management, or product development.\n\nYou like to work hands-on and enjoy doing the whole process yourself, including practical tasks like listing products.\n\nYou work independently, take ownership, and are not afraid to share your ideas.\n\nYou speak and write English fluently.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with jewelry or accessories, through studies, an internship, a job, or your own projects.\n\nA portfolio or social media account where you share your creative work.\n\nExperience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.\n\nExperience in a product, buying, or design role at a fashion or lifestyle brand.\n\nWhat we offer\nA real job, not an internship: full-time (40 hours), with part-time possible from 24 hours per week.\n\n€3,000 gross per month for a full-time position, as a starting salary.\n\n25 days of paid leave, plus 8% holiday pay (vakantiegeld) for positions in the Netherlands.\n\nAn employment contract, starting with a
