It is now building an internal creative function to support its next stage of growth in the US market.\nAbout the Role\nThe company is looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Strategist to own performance creative strategy and script development, with a primary focus on Meta advertising. This is a new role for a senior practitioner who combines strategic thinking with direct execution and will help build the creative function from the ground up.\nThis is a personal-execution role, not a management position. The successful candidate will personally research, develop, and write scripts - not delegate this to a team. Direct collaboration with the founders, video producers, motion designers, and product team is expected daily.\nThe team is looking for someone who identifies winning creative angles independently, writes the scripts themselves, and carries a concept from idea through to a finished, tested asset.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnalyze competitor advertising, market trends, and the performance of existing creatives.\n\nDevelop new creative angles, hooks, narratives, and testing hypotheses for Meta campaigns.\n\nWrite persuasive direct-response scripts from initial concept through final production brief.\n\nTurn creative ideas into clear briefs for video producers and motion designers.\n\nGuide creative production and ensure final assets match the intended concept and message.\n\nMonitor creative performance and translate results into the next testing cycle.\n\nConnect creative messaging with funnels, landing experiences, and paywalls.\n\nHelp build a repeatable creative workflow and, as the function grows, help hire additional scriptwriting support.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n Required\nCurrently employed at a company within the Genesis ecosystem (SKELAR, Headway, BetterMe, OBRIO, Boosters, Promova, appflame, AMO, Universe, Jiji, HOLYWATER, Keiki, or similar) - this is a hard requirement, not past experience alone.\n\nStrong, personal, hands-on experience writing advertising scripts - not through a team you manage.\n\nA demonstrated track record of tenure stability: 1.5+ years per role, ideally longer, showing sustained ownership rather than frequent job changes.\n\nStrong experience with B2C mobile subscription products and performance marketing.\n\nProven experience creating direct-response advertising for consumer audiences.\n\nAbility to combine creative strategy, copywriting, consumer psychology, emotion, and persuasion principles.\n\nExperience using performance data to develop and improve creative concepts.\n\nA portfolio of ads showing your personal contribution, especially scripts you wrote yourself.\n\nProfessional working English.\n\nNice to Have\nDirect experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and creative testing frameworks.\n\nExperience across more than one Genesis ecosystem company.\n\nFamiliarity with UGC production and briefing external creators.\n\nComfort working directly with founders in a small, flat, execution-focused team.\n\nWhat Makes This Role Different\nThis role is for creative professionals who want to write and own the work personally, not delegate or manage it.\nYou'll work directly with the founders from day one, with real autonomy over creative direction and no bureaucracy standing between an idea and a live test.\nThe team expects a senior practitioner who can move from insight to execution independently - proposing angles, writing the script, and following it through to a result - while staying hands-on as the company scales.\nWorking Environment\nRemote, Eastern Europe preferred.\n\nStart by 9 am local time, 8 focused hours per day.\n\nDirect reporting to the founders (no management layer).\n\nB2B contract, full-time.\n\nBonus structure tied to performance -
