background\n\nTwo or more years’ proven experience as an effective technical writer\n\nProven ability to learn quickly and understand complex subject matter\n\nExperience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences\n\nSuperb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail\n\nExperience in working with engineers and developers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content\n\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree or relevant technical field\n\nFirm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)\n\nKnowledge in software development\n\nExperience using tools to create, organize and standardize
