You will be a key driver in bringing the ONIQ Software into real-world operations - delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability for our customers.\nYou will support the end-to-end customer journey for our AI-driven manufacturing software - combining engineering skills with business mindset. You will work cross-functionally within ONIQ to maximize customer impact and play a key part in ONIQ’s overall success. You will:\nGuide our customers throughout the entire customer value journey - from the first software demo through the pilot phase to the final roll-out\nBecome a trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them in rolling out the ONIQ software across the organization and using it to improve production processes and achieve measurable results\nUse your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how the ONIQ software can become a major value driver for the customer\nBuild a strong and trusted relationship with our customers \nPromote ONIQ by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events\nContribute to ONIQ’s product strategy by bringing in client feedback and ensuring the software stays aligned with customer needs\nWhat we expect from you\nEntrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to take ownership, move things forward and help shape a fast-growing industrial tech company\nGenuine drive to create visible impact in manufacturing and to help industrial companies work more efficiently, sustainably and intelligently\nHands-on, pragmatic working style and the ability to make progress in a fast-moving, agile environment where priorities can evolve and not every path is predefined\nStrong customer focus and the ambition to create measurable value for both our customers and ONIQ\nAbility to build trusted relationships with customers and work confidently with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision-makers\nClear, confident communication style and the ability to explain complex topics in a practical, customer-oriented way\nAbility to quickly understand customer challenges in production and translate them into clear, value-creating use cases\nFirst relevant experience in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, industrial engineering, operations consulting, or a similar production-related environment\nMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field\nExcellent language skills in English and German (C1 level)\nWillingness to travel internationally for customer meetings, workshops or industry events, typically around 2-4 on-site meetings per month\nMotivation to spend time with the team in person.
