Your portfolio will span both net-new client implementations and add-on work for existing customers, including new finance integrations, configuration changes, expanded modules, and other enhancements to live environments. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the client-facing aspects of consulting and the technical problem-solving involved in implementation.This role is an excellent fit for a former developer or technical analyst who wants client-facing work without giving up hands-on technical problem-solving.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end software implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live.\nConfigure system workflows, reporting, and integrations (APIs, flat-file finance exchanges, data migrations).\nManage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.\nSupport client testing activities and ensure system readiness for launch.\nProvide regular status updates, documentation, and risk assessments.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to resolve issues and align on deliverables.\nAccurately track project time and activities to support utilization goals and reporting.\nSupport change management activities by helping clients prepare their teams for new workflows and technology.\nMonitor utilization and budget adherence across assigned projects.\nContribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and templates.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. \n3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations. \nStrong client communication and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.\nProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.\nComfortable working across time zones and with global clients.\nTechnical aptitude and curiosity.
