Manage changes in project scope and adjust project plans accordingly.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and processes. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.\n\nTeam Coordination:\nEnsure that all team members are aligned with the project goals and timeline. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure resources are effectively utilized.\n\nTraining & Support:\nSupport delivery of training materials for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the implemented software solution.\n\nRequired Skills:\nExperience:\n\n5+ years of experience in project management, within professional services, software implementation, or consulting in a SaaS or cloud-based solution environment.\n\nFamiliarity with modern implementation methodologies (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) and agile development processes.\n\nProven experience managing Agile software implementation projects using Scrum methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with software implementation life cycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nSolid understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).\n\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to deliver software solutions.\n\nProject Management:\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExperience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively address them.\n\nLeadership & Communication:\n\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to manage client expectations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nAbility to travel as needed, up to
