goals.\n\nTranslate company vision into clear product direction, identifying opportunities for differentiation, growth, and customer value.\n\nDrive multi-quarter to multi-year planning, balancing innovation, scalability, and customer needs.\n\nDomain & Market Leadership\nDevelop deep expertise in legal operations, enterprise SaaS, and AI-driven workflows.\n\nStay ahead of market trends (e.g., agentic AI, automation, legal workflow intelligence) and translate them into actionable product opportunities.\n\nInfluence product direction through competitive insights, customer research, and data analysis.\n\nExecution Excellence\nLead end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives-from discovery through delivery and iteration.\n\nDefine high-quality product requirements and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholders.\n\nEstablish prioritization frameworks that balance impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership (Without Authority)\nAct as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.\n\nDrive alignment on product direction, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.\n\nPartner with GTM teams on positioning, packaging, and successful product launches.\n\nCustomer & Outcome Focus\nEngage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.\n\nDefine and own success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., adoption, retention, ARR growth, workflow efficiency).\n\nUse data and insights to continuously refine product direction and prioritize investments.\n\nTechnical & Platform Thinking\nCollaborate with engineering and architecture teams to shape scalable, extensible platform capabilities.\n\nContribute to decisions on AI/ML integration, data models, and design tradeoffs.\n\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and performance.\n\nThought Leadership & Influence\nServe as a subject matter expert and internal thought leader in product and domain areas.\n\nInfluence executive stakeholders through clear communication of strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes.\n\nElevate product management practices, mentoring other PMs and driving best practices across teams.\n\nRequired Skills:\n8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.\n\nProven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.\n\nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.\n\nDeep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization and measure success.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in legal tech, legal operations, or adjacent enterprise workflow domains.\n\nExperience with AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing/packaging, and customer lifecycle management.\n\nExperience working across multiple product lines or platform
