The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing GitHub pipelines, automating software delivery processes, integrating development tools such as JIRA and GitHub, and improving overall engineering productivity through automation and CI/CD best practices.\n\nThe role requires strong expertise in GitHub Actions, Infrastructure Automation, Release Management, and Agile delivery models while collaborating closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Infrastructure teams\nJOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCI/CD Pipeline Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.\n\nAutomate application build, test, deployment, and release processes.\n\nImplement branch protection, code quality gates, and deployment approvals.\n\nOptimize software delivery pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.\n\nConfigure and maintain JIRA-GitHub integrations.\n\nImplement traceability between user stories, commits, pull requests, and deployments.\n\nAutomate status transitions and workflow updates based on GitHub activities.\n\nDevelop dashboards and reporting for Agile delivery metrics.\n\nWork closely with developers, testers, project managers, and product owners.\n\nDrive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\nDocument DevOps processes, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\n5+ years of experience in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, YAML Pipeline Development, Workflow Automation, Python scripting\n\nJIRA Administration, AWS/Azure, Docker ,Kubernetes\n\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)\n\nSecrets Management\n\nVulnerability Scanning\n\nSecure CI/CD Practices\n\nAccess Management & SSO Integration.\n\n WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\n\n2 PM -
