We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:\nDeveloping and executing Supply Chain strategies to support OnLogic’s Revenue, EBITDA, and Working Capital goals.\nManaging Supply Chain KPIs, supplier scorecards, and driving process improvements.\nCollaborating with Product Management to develop sourcing strategies to support the product roadmap, and developing forecasts to support customer deliveries.\nPartnering with Engineering and Project Management to ensure that new products launch on time, within scope and budget.\nNegotiating Supply Agreements and cost reductions with Tier 1 suppliers.\nIdentifying and acting on opportunities to create strategies to compress lead times and reduce direct material costs. \nPreparing Supply Chain analyses and Executive-level presentations for decision making purposes.\nMeeting with suppliers and stakeholders for key operational and status updates used to drive supplier relationship management and process improvement.\nThe team you will be joining:\nOur Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging and shipping OnLogic technology around the world.
