We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:\nSetting the software development strategy for OnLogic’s internal and customer-facing applications.\nLeading a high-performing team that plans against real capacity and delivers measurable business results on its commitments.\nIncreasing delivery speed while maintaining quality, using deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate and time to restore service to find and remove friction and blockers.\nLeading the team’s adoption of AI coding tools and agentic systems, with reusable patterns, and reviewing standards for AI-generated code and automation of repetitive work.\nKeeping business-critical and customer-facing applications stable and secure through strong release practices, monitoring and technical debt reduction.\nDeveloping each engineer through clear goals and regular coaching, and building a culture of trust, accountability and direct feedback.\nRaising code quality and maintainability through design and code reviews, clear standards, architecture guidance and hands-on coding when needed.\nAligning priorities and tradeoffs with business owners, and representing software development in IT leadership decisions.\nThe team you will be joining:\nOur Information Technology team touches every aspect of our business and each of our day to day lives here at OnLogic. From the technology we use to do our jobs, to the infrastructure that supports the way we build, test and ship our products, our IT team keeps our business running smoothly.\nLearn more about Life at OnLogic.\nRequirements\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering or other technical field, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience managing and growing a team of 6 or more developers.\nHands-on experience building with AI coding tools and agentic systems.
