We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:\nWorking with computer hardware and chassis designs, creating and modifying design files and drawings in Solidworks.\nLeveraging our global test and lab capabilities to validate product designs.\nCoordinating with manufacturers and suppliers to inform and support your work.\nLeading and engaging in design reviews and providing product development inputs.\nHelping to create and maintain project schedules and documentation.\nCollaborating cross-functionally to solve highly technical challenges in the computer, mechanical, electrical, and/or software engineering disciplines.\nUsing your analytical mindset and problem solving skills to identify system- and component-level root cause(s) to complex problems. You’ll do this through hands-on debug, collaboration, and thorough engineering analysis.\nChampioning an organized approach to work and workspaces with a strong sense of personal responsibility, holding yourself and others accountable.\nPrioritizing project activities in alignment with company goals and holding team members accountable.\nLeveraging your ability to quickly and efficiently learn new processes and technologies.\nRequirements\nYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience integrating high-performance electrical and mechanical components into reliable systems, and debugging when things go wrong.\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; or years of relevant work experience in a technical environment.\nYou demonstrate sound engineering judgment and possess the ability to reconcile multiple points of view, concepts, and requirements when designing Corrective Actions and other solutions.\nAbility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.\nThe team you will be joining:\nOur Engineering team creates our cutting edge industrial computers by finding innovative solutions on a daily basis.
