As our first product manager, you’ll set the bar for how we ship - turning fuzzy ideas into crisp flows, driving execution across the team, and shaping the product surfaces that millions of gifters will touch.\nWho you are\nYou operate with the autonomy and judgment of a senior PM, regardless of years on paper. You can walk into a vague problem and walk out with a plan. You move things across the finish line, sweat the details, and have a real point of view on what good looks like. You build conviction from talking to users and watching how they actually behave, and you partner closely with designers on the look, feel, and polish of what you ship. You’re happy juggling many threads at once, comfortable cutting work that doesn’t matter, and energized by working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, designers, and the founding team in a fast-moving startup.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs On Me’s first product manager, you’ll work directly with our CEO Darragh and the founding team to own the roadmap and execution across our consumer gifting app, growth surfaces, and our emerging business gifting product. You’ll translate fuzzy goals into concrete flows, drive projects across product, design, and engineering, and own the metrics that determine whether what we ship actually moves the needle. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of critical product areas, drive both product and engineering decisions, and have meaningful influence on the company’s direction.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product strategy and execution across core consumer gifting, growth, and business gifting surfaces.\n\nTurn vague problems into PRDs, flows, and milestones\n\nWork hand-in-hand with design and engineering to take fuzzy goals to concrete features.\n\nDefine, instrument, and watch the metrics that tell you whether what we shipped actually worked.\n\nKeep work moving: align stakeholders, remove blockers, and chase down loose ends.\n\nTalk to users regularly - run interviews, usability sessions, and quick research loops to keep us close to real behavior.\n\nPartner with design on craft, join design crits, and hold the bar on polish across every surface.\n\nOwn launches end-to-end: work with marketing, ops, and partnerships to take features from ship to real traction.\n\nUse AI tooling to prototype, sharpen decisions, and raise the team’s output.\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of PM experience shipping user-facing products.\n\nExperience taking ambiguous, loosely scoped problems through to shipped features.\n\nExperience managing multiple workstreams in parallel.\n\nHands-on experience running user interviews, usability sessions, or other product research.\n\nExamples of shipped work with measurable impact on user or business outcomes.\n\nExperience partnering closely with designers on product quality and polish.\n\nComfort reading SQL and writing basic queries.\n\nDaily use of AI tooling for prototyping and to accelerate your work.\n\nFluency with product metrics and analytics, including instrumentation.\n\nClear, direct communication with engineering, design, and business partners.\n\nBonus points\nConsumer product experience, especially in a startup context.\n\nStrong design sensibility and an eye for craft.\n\nTechnical degree (CS or engineering).\n\nExperience with payments, fintech, or other high-value transactional products.\n\nWhat We Offer\nMeaningful early employee equity in a fast-growing consumer startup.\n\nA dynamic, collaborative, balanced, and inclusive work culture.\n\nThe opportunity to deeply shape our product roadmap, processes, and Product Management culture as our first PM.\n\nHybrid office in SF (preferred), with NYC hybrid also possible.\n\nUnlimited paid time off.\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n\n401k\n\nWho You’ll Work With\nAt On Me, you’ll join a small, elite team of builders from Google and Apple who move fast and care deeply about product quality.
