The Estimator / Project Manager is a hybrid role responsible for both preparing competitive bid proposals and managing assigned projects through construction, providing full ownership of assigned work from initial bid through closeout.\nPerks & Benefits:\nCompetitive pay \nHealth Saving Account, Flexible Saving Account, Employee Assistance Program \nAnnual Education Allowance \nGenerous Referral Program \nFun and collaborative company culture with lots of team-building events \nDiscounted hotel stays in multiple locations through our Hospitality brand. \nWhat Will You do?\nPerform quantity takeoffs and prepare complete, competitive bid proposals for drywall and carpentry scopes\nApply current CRCC wage and fringe benefit rates to labor estimates and solicit vendor/material pricing\nTransition awarded projects from estimate to execution, including buyout, subcontracts, and purchase orders\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans in coordination with union Foremen\nCoordinate dispatch of union labor through the CRCC hiring hall as project needs require\nTrack job costs, manage change orders, and prepare monthly billing (AIA G702/G703)\nManage submittals, RFIs, and coordination with the general contractor, architect, and other trades\nEnsure compliance with the Company's safety program and applicable union agreements on active jobsites\nMaintain estimating and project documentation, including historical cost and productivity data\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of combined estimating and project management experience in commercial construction, drywall/carpentry scope preferred\nWorking knowledge of union labor agreements, CRCC experience strongly preferred\nProficiency with Bluebeam, QuickBid, On-Screen Takeoff, MS Project/Procore, and Microsoft Excel\nAbility to manage competing priorities across preconstruction and active field operations\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience\nSalary Range:\n$110,000 - $150,000\nAbout The Company:\nOnni\nFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
