It may be everything you've been looking for.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nHandles all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible\nBe sufficient in all programs required to manage residential desk needs\nResponsible for resolving customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with our services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, etc\nResponds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on property knowledge and community policies\nEnsures an efficient reception experience for guests and residents, including logging maintenance requests, elevator reservations, and general inquiries\nCommunicates with Property Manager any relevant feedback from residents and/or other departments\nHandles telephone and email communications with prompt courtesy.\nCommunicates effectively with property management and hotel team\nCoordinate arrival of vendors, guests, deliveries, and prospects and assist with directing them to appropriate departments and locations on-site and in the parking garage\nMonitors amenities and ensures readiness for events and assists residents with making private reservations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for team and guest interactions\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment\nProcesses packages, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner\nCoordinates the storage room by storing and retrieving packages\nCommunicates closely with all departments and teams to ensure that resident needs are prioritized to provide the best experience possible\nPerforms other duties as required\nWhat You Will Bring\nHigh School Degree or equivalent\nFront Office/Concierge experience in hotel, residential or customer focused industry\nProficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows required\nMust have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to work well within a team\nMust be able to work a minimum 1 weekend day per week\nMust be able to work early morning and or night shifts\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nSalary Range:\n23-$24/hr\nAbout The Company:\nOnni\nFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
