Privy to all activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with solution providers in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residents and guests.\nStores and retrieves personal luggage and belongings delivered to the property.\nUtilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensures billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nAssists in processing Resident Care request for residents and guest via telephone or in person. \nProvides basic trouble-shooting technical support for guest suite services such as cable, internet, TV movies, games, and web service.\nFacilitates the point of entry for solution provider deliveries and resident move ins and outs. \nManages guest(s) parking space assignment and issues guest(s) parking passes. \nOversees the bicycle sharing program.\nDuties listed above are the primary functions expected of this Resident Liaison role.
