In addition, we offer:\n3 weeks of PTO\n401(k) employer match\nReferral program \nFree on-site parking or commuting support\nHotel discount at various properties\nAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000 \nResidential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employment \nWhat Will You Do?\nResponsible for directing and managing projects from beginning to the end for specific scopes of work by planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and overall closure of residential projects. \nDefines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nReviews critical path, manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans and quickly adapting or accelerating project to meet deadlines.\nDrafts and submits budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.\nDrafts and coordinates detailed scopes for work for bid packages and contract awards.\nPlans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.\nDevelops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.\nDesigns reviews for efficiencies and schedule improvements.\nDetermines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.\nDefines project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.\nOversees project team including Project Coordinators, Superintendents and Project Engineers.\nCoaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring:\n5 - 7 years of experience in project/development manager.\nAssociate's degree or higher in Project Management or related field.\nDemonstrated knowledge of construction and building codes required.\nProficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.\nAbility to guide, direct, and coordinate a department with five or more employees.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively run a department in an efficient manner.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret prints, architectural drawings, financial and job cost reports.\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or clarifications from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.\nExcellent knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business.\nExcellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to travel for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.\nSalary Range:\n$150,000-$160,000\nAbout The Company:\nOnni\nFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
