In addition, we offer:\n3 weeks PTO \nAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000 \nReferral program \nFree Onsite Parking or Commuting Support\nResidential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employment \nFriends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the company \nWhat Will You Do?\nOverall responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and overall closure of high rise projects. \nOverseeing all site activities by any and all sub-trades each day\nEnsure project aligns with the Companies high standards\nDriving and maintaining overall construction schedule over the duration of the project\nUpdating Project Manager with key milestone dates, and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly targets, and reports\nAssisting project manager with overall budget review and cost tracking\nIssuing work orders for any and all materials coming to the site\nDevelop site logistics plans for projects\nDesign review for efficiencies and schedule improvements\nReview of design documents for constructability and logistics\nSite documentation and review of any site changes and cost implications\nOverall supervision of all sub-trades, workers, and suppliers\nReviewing of contracts and sub-trade or suppliers scope of work to ensure compliance\nWorking with site safety coordinator to ensure overall safety of the site\nDaily, weekly and monthly inspections to review and Implement quality control\nSite resource allocation form internal and external resources\nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans\nOversee responsibilities, train, teach and lead superintendents that report to this position\nCoordinate and execute neighborhood communications and foster good relationships with the community and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction.\nOversee multiple project teams in the Seattle area\nSome travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management including travel to Vancouver, BC for meetings with upper management.\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum 20 years of commercial construction related experience\nExperience overseeing high end multifamily projects an asset\nCertificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset\nOSHA 10 or 30-hour training certificate an asset\nAbility to lead a diverse team of construction professional from preconstruction through project completion\nSalary Range:\n$190,000-$220,000\nAbout The Company:\nOnni\nFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
