They will also coordinate activities of all onsite consultants, engineers, inspectors and subcontractors, and Onni site labor. This team member will provide the leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to meet the profit and growth objectives on all projects assigned.\nPerks & Benefits:\n3 weeks PTO \nAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000 \nReferral program \nFree Onsite Parking or Commuting Support\nResidential housing discount\nFriends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the company\nWhat Will You Do?\nOversee daily site activities of all subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.\nDrive and maintain the overall construction schedule; forecast daily, weekly, and monthly targets.\nReview drawings, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to coordinate current and upcoming work.\nEnsure subcontractors progress in accordance with the project schedule.\nDevelop and implement site logistics plans.\nCoordinate inspections with city officials and third-party inspectors.\nProactively manage scope changes and identify potential schedule or cost impacts.\nEnsure all materials and workmanship meet approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.\nConduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to implement and maintain quality control.\nDocument deficiencies and manage completion of punch lists.\nReview design documents for constructability and efficiency improvements.\nAssist Project Manager with budget review and cost tracking.\nTrack and report daily job production and progress.\nIssue and coordinate purchase orders and work orders for materials and site requirements.\nReview subcontractor scope of work to ensure compliance with contracts.\nSupervise and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labor.\nLead daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with team members and trade partners.\nForecast manpower and material requirements.\nMaintain detailed site documentation and reporting.\nFoster positive relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).\nPromote and enforce a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA and company policies.\nCoordinate with site safety personnel to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.\nParticipate in safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation planning.\nAssist in accident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.\nEnsure all required OSHA documentation and reports are complete and accurate.\nDevelop and document weekly safety meetings and emergency response planning.\nProvide regular updates to Project Manager regarding milestones, risks, and progress.\nMaintain clear documentation of site activities, changes, and cost implications.\nCoordinate neighborhood and community communications as required.\nWhat You Bring\n10-15+ years of commercial construction experience (high-rise and/or multifamily preferred).\nExperience overseeing high end multifamily projects an asset\nStrong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and quality management.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\nOSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex site logistics.\nPostsecondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.\nSalary Range:\n$150,000-$180,000\nAbout The Company:\nOnni\nFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
