Additionally, this role provides insights into cross-functional teams to improve e-commerce growth & profitability while achieving the company's annual financial plan & OKRs. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with cross-functional business counterparts to develop annual business plans and analyze year-to-date performance and historical trends; collaborate with responsible parties to develop action plans to close any identified gaps.\nWork cross-functionally with key partners in marketing, operations, and analytics to develop business insights that uncover audience growth levers and opportunities to improve customer value.\nDevelop performance management presentations, narratives, and analytical material to be presented to senior and executive management.\nDevelop, monitor, and communicate key performance measures that support the company's strategic financial objectives.\nActively monitor performance against our plan and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.\nPartner with cross-departmental leaders to define and measure ROI and build financial models in key investment areas such as eCom promotions, innovations, and performance marketing.\nAssist in the month-end close process by reviewing accounts for completeness and accuracy.\nAssist in preparing materials for the Parent Company and manage ongoing communications and deadlines.\nOwn E2E forecast process across the business, ensuring all functions adhere to the monthly calendar and financials are submitted OTIF to the parent company monthly. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nBS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field;
