工作职责 / Responsibilities 1、全面负责APP 的产品战略与路线图，对高价值会员 LTV（90日留存×跨品类复购率×客单价提升）负责，MAU/DAU 作为过程指标管理; 2、用户资产产品化：主导全局资产条（积分/成长值/等级/设备）、会员身份体系、全家桶仪表盘等功能的产品设计与迭代; 3、体验与调性治理：建立 App 体验质量标准与品牌调性规范，推动去网赚化改版; 4、内容生态边界管理：制定内容方向与准入规则，影像/共创内容与交易链路的打通; 5、数据驱动：建立 A/B 实验与漏斗分析机制，以实验文化驱动迭代; 6、跨部门协同：作为用户资产经营阵地 Owner，协调研发、设计、市场、会员、服务团队资源; 7、团队管理：搭建和管理 APP 产品运营团队; 任职要求 / Requirements 1、本科及以上学历，8年以上互联网产品经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有 APP 从 0 到 1 或 1 到 N 完整经验; 2、有会员体系/忠诚度计划/订阅制产品经验者优先; 有硬件+软件结合产品（手机厂商、IoT、智能汽车车联）经验者优先; 3、深刻理解 LTV、留存、复购的经营逻辑，能以财务语言阐述产品投入产出; 4、精通 A/B 实验设计与漏斗分析，熟练使用 SQL 或数据分析工具; 5、有电商交易链路或 O2O 闭环产品经验者优先; 6、具备战略视野与落地执行能力，能在多部门博弈中守住用户资产经营的统一意图; 加分项： 1、有 兴趣社区类 / 电商类 APP 负责人经验; 2、有千万级用户规模 APP 运营经验; 3、有手机 / 消费电子行业经验;
