FINANČNÍ ÚČETNÍ - ZÁVAZKY

  • Účtování závazků (došlých faktur) pro evropské společnosti koncernu onsemi za použítí technologie optického čtení faktur a jejich párování s nákupní objednávkou.
  • Přezkušování přijatých dokladů a kordinace oprav dokladů s dodavateli nebo ostatními oddděleními společnosti.
  • Příprava platebních souborů dle data splatnosti.
  • Vedení knihy závazků.
  • Reporting.
  • Spolupráce na měsíčních závěrkách a odsouhlašování zůstatků účtů.
  • Dodržování interních standardů a procesů, archivace účetních dokladů.
  • Příprava podkladů pro účetní a daňové audity.
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání ekonomického směru.
  • Komunikativní znalost anglického jazyka (komunikace s kolegy v zahraničí), znalost dalšího jazyka výhodou.
  • Znalost podvojného účetnictví.
  • Dobrá znalost MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, znalost Oracle výhodou).
  • Schopnost pracovat v rámci závěrkových termínů.
  • Analytické schopnosti, spolehlivost, pečlivost a samostatnost.
