professional and timely manner.\nComply with Customer Service business rules, techniques, and protocols\n Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or related discipline\nAt least 2 years work experience in Customer Service, preferably in similar industry\nWilling to work on night and rotating shift schedule.\nFull command of English language both written and spoken\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel\nKnowledge in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology\nGood analytical thinking\nTechnology savvy\nKnowledge in Salesforce CRM tools is an
