identify and isolate faults.\nConduct functional testing and validation of repaired boards to ensure compliance with quality and reliability requirements.\nSupport emergency repair activities for critical out-of-spare boards and power supplies used in production equipment.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and operational efficiency.\nMaintain accurate repair records, failure analyses, and corrective action reports.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair quality, turnaround time, and repair capacity.\nProvide technical support and knowledge sharing to team members and other stakeholders.\nAdhere to ESD, IPC, safety, and quality standards during repair and testing activities.\nSupport preventive maintenance
