Your primary responsibility will be to execute PSG’s cost and quality strategies in partnership with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technology Development teams.\nDevelop front-end fabrication and back-end cost and quality strategies, optimization initiatives, and design solutions that support the needs of our rapidly growing discrete, integrated circuit, and power module businesses.\nPartner with Business Unit Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other teams to improve cost structures, supply-chain performance, and product quality.\nDevelop and continuously improve methods, systems, and processes in a complex, fast-changing environment.\nCollaborate with product engineers and program and project managers to advance strategic Business Unit Operations initiatives focused on cost and quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze high-volume data to identify opportunities to improve product cost structures and quality.\nUse multiple tools and systems to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply-chain improvements.\nCollaborate across teams to implement PSG business priorities.\nWork with global, cross-functional teams to address customer quality issues, returns (RMA), and cost, while driving continuous improvements that reduce customer return rates.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.\nEight to ten years of experience in semiconductor business operations and/or hands-on semiconductor manufacturing, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and/or test.\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality, test engineering, or product engineering is highly preferred.\nExperience in new product development (NPD) and release to market (RTM) is an advantage.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate concise findings, conclusions, and recommendations.\nThis is a fully office-based position.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with semiconductor product, platform, or technology development processes.\nStrong proficiency in applying process, factory, and product qualification requirements.\nA strong cross-functional network across wafer fabrication, assembly and test, technology development, cost reduction, quality improvement, and yield management.\nProficiency in engineering and business statistical methods and
