This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.\n Long term Capacity Strategy Development\nIdentify future capacity gaps, bottlenecks, and supply risks across key technologies and package platforms. \nPerform capacity scenario analysis to support business growth plans\nDevelop strategic plans to secure sufficient manufacturing capacity in alignment with business objectives.\nRecommend sourcing, allocation, and capacity reservation strategies with backend subcon partners.\nEvaluate alternate sourcing and capacity expansion opportunities to support future demand growth.\nSupport development of long-term capacity agreements and strategic partnerships.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Business Units, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.\nDrive data-driven decisions through analytical insights and strategic recommendations.\nCollaborate with sourcing and operation team to understand key suppliers capability, capacity roadmaps, expansion plans, and constraints.\nSupport negotiations and discussions related to long-term capacity planning and supply assurance.\nAnalysis & Reporting\nDevelop dashboards and reports tracking demand, capacity utilization, supply coverage, and risk exposure.\nAnalyze forecast and capacity requirements across multiple planning horizons. \nAssess capacity-related risks across the external manufacturing network. Identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.\nSupport annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning activities.\nProvide recommendations based on data analysis, industry trends, and business priorities.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.\n10+ years of experience in supply chain, capacity planning, or semiconductor manufacturing.
