The selected individual is also responsible for adherence to and continuous improvement of corporate project management processes and standards.\n Responsibilities:\nDefine and manage program requirements, acceptance criteria, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle.\nOwn delivery of the agreed business outcome, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and benefits.\nTranslate strategic objectives into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, decision points, and accountable owners.\nLead cross-functional teams and project managers across business and technical disciplines, often without direct authority.\nIdentify emerging risks and issues early; prioritize what matters, establish mitigation plans, and escalate with clear options and recommendations.\nMake progress despite incomplete requirements, unclear ownership, changing priorities, or uncertain schedules by clarifying assumptions and creating a practical path forward.\nCommunicate concise, audience-appropriate updates on progress, risks, decisions, trade-offs, and required actions to executives, teams, and external stakeholders.\nWork directly with non-onsemi acquisition targets and internal teams within applicable antitrust guidelines and integration governance.\nMaintain disciplined program records, including charters, schedules, budgets, RAID and decision logs, action trackers, and executive status reports.\nImprove corporate project management processes, standards, tools, and operating practices based on program experience and lessons including work breakdowns, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, schedules, and ownership structures.\nRisk, requirements, scope, change, budget, resource, and benefits management.\nWaterfall, Agile, stage-gate, and hybrid delivery methodologies, tools, and practices.\nConcise executive status reporting and disciplined meeting and documentation practices.\nData gathering and analysis to identify process, tool, resource, and execution gaps.\nBroad cross-functional semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly valuable.\n Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, technology, or related field and 15 years related work experience. \nMBA in combination with a technical bachelor’s degree preferred. \nMinimum five years of project or program management experience, or experience in roles with a substantial project management component.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and comparable planning, collaboration, or work-management tools.\nMergers, acquisitions, integration, divestiture, major systems, or enterprise process improvement experience preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.\nSemiconductor industry experience
