technology transitions, and investment priorities. \nDevelop business scenarios and integrated financial-operational models to evaluate growth opportunities, trade-offs, and business risks. \nAdvise executive leadership on portfolio strategy, growth investments, network optimization, and risk mitigation. \nPartner with Supply Chain Planning to identify structural constraints, closure plans and establish planning assumptions.\nCapacity Investment and Allocation Strategy\nDefine long-range capacity and investment strategies that support growth, profitability, customer commitments, and technology roadmaps. \nWork with finance to develop and track investments to meet capex as a % of revenue model\nFoundry, OSAT and Supplier Strategy\nPartner with Foundries, OSATs, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to secure strategic capacity and improve supply resilience. \nDefine supplier agreements, diversification initiatives, continuity planning, and long-range capacity strategies. \nAssess supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, performance, and risk exposure while driving resolution of capacity and manufacturing constraints.\nProduct Ramp, Design and Manufacturing Readiness\nPartner across Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to align product roadmaps, qualifications, transfers, packaging, tooling, and test readiness with business objectives.\nInfluence Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), and Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) decisions to improve manufacturability, scalability, cost, quality, and supply resilience. \nOversee readiness reviews, identify risks early, and drive mitigation plans for major product introductions, technology transitions, and manufacturing transfers.\nInventory and Supply Governance\nDevelop inventory strategy and oversee inventory across all stages and channels.\nBalance supply, customer commitments, inventory, and working capital.\nManage shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.\nMargin Improvement and Leakage Management\nQuantify and mitigate revenue-at-risk resulting from capacity constraints, supply disruptions, qualification delays, material shortages, and execution gaps. \nPartner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product organizations to identify and improve margin from underutilized assets, BOM improvement, test time reductions, excess inventory, low-yield operations, and manufacturing inefficiencies. \nEstablish governance mechanisms, performance metrics, and executive reviews to proactively track, escalate, and eliminate revenue, margin, inventory, and leakage across the value chain.\nCustomer Commitment & LTSA Strategy\nLead long-term supply agreement (LTSA) and capacity reservation strategies that align customer demand commitments with capacity investments, supply continuity, and profitability objectives.\nPartner with Business Units, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to evaluate commercial terms, demand visibility, investment requirements, and risk-sharing mechanisms.\nEnsure customer commitments support revenue growth, capital efficiency, and long-term business resilience.\nDigital Transformation & Analytics\nDevelop advanced analytics by connecting product roadmaps, technology transitions, capacity requirements, manufacturing footprints changes, and long-range business plans.\nDrive adoption of automation, generative AI to increase organizational productivity and accelerate business responsiveness.\nOrganizational Leadership\nLead and develop a global Business Operations and Capacity Planning organization.\nBuild capabilities in strategic planning, scenario modeling, supply-risk management, analytics, AI, and executive communication. \nServe as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering accountability, collaboration, and enterprise ownership.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\nMBA required.\nSignificant leadership experience in semiconductor business operations, capacity or supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.\nDeep knowledge of wafer fabrication, probe, assembly, test, and finished-goods operations.\nExperience developing long-range capacity plans and evaluating foundry, OSAT, equipment, and investment alternatives.\nProven cross-functional leadership, executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills in global, constrained-supply environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with foundry and OSAT strategy, supply agreements, supplier governance, and continuity planning.\nKnowledge of BOMs, yields, cycle times, package families, test platforms, NPI ramps, transfers, and manufacturing
