reliability, availability, and performance of SRM and Transfer equipment to support production requirements.\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures and recurring issues.\nDevelop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.\nMonitor and improve equipment KPIs, including uptime, MTBF, utilization, and OEE.\nExecute equipment optimization and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.\nSupport equipment qualification, validation, new product introductions (NPI), and technology transfer activities.\nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements while identifying uture equipment and technology improvement opportunities.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment engineering within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.\nStrong expertise in SRM equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement.\nProven experience in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nKnowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.\nFamiliarity with quality and continuous improvement tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.\nStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nSkills and Experience:\nStrong expertise in SRM and Transfer Equipment operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and sustainment.\nProven experience in equipment reliability improvement and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, servomotors, sensors, and industrial automation controls.\nProven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nFamiliarity with PLC-controlled systems, HMI interfaces, and manufacturing automation equipment.\nKnowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.\nExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams.\nExperience in equipment qualification, NPI, technology transfer, and manufacturing transfer activities is an advantage.\nSoft Skills:\n§Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n§Strong presentation and
