As an Equipment Maintenance Engineer at onsemi’s premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment, maintaining a fleet of semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the area. The candidate will work primarily as the tool owner for the Toolsets and serve as the backup engineer supporting the area of the toolset. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in a variety of high-profile projects, including tooling conversions, new tool installs, and equipment upgrade projects. Project execution and performance will directly impact the company’s strategic plan to optimize capacity and factory performance.\n Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nMaintain current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues. \nStudy equipment performance and reliability and execute projects to increase the overall stability of the performance of the tools. \nEstablish programs and solutions for increasing tool uptime/reliability and improving product quality. \nProvide hands-on technical and maintenance support when necessary. \nDefine and write preventative maintenance schedules, best-known methods, and other maintenance procedures.\nDrive, maintain, and support continual improvement projects, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness teams, part sourcing, and in-house repair. \nMay provide leadership by mentoring and training maintenance technicians. \n Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or robotics Engineering.\n3 plus years of experience \n.
