with stakeholders and internal/external peers.\n Requirement\nExperience in the semiconductor industry, especially Etch Equipment / Process Engineering for over 10years.\nExperience of Etch/CVD/PVD Equipment or Etch Process Engineering\nBusiness English skill (TOEIC 490)\nUniversity degree or above \nPreferred experience at foreign company\nLeadership skills\nJapanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 level or above) \nValid work authorization that permits employment in Japan at the time of application \nNo visa sponsorship available for this position\nCompetency\nContinuous improvement, \nEffective communication, \nProblem solving & Decision making, \nRelationship building, \nCustomer focus\nExperience in driving process optimization and business improvement using AI
