# Export Operations Supervisor

onsemi is seeking a highly experienced, driven, and strategic Export Operations Supervisor to lead and strengthen its global export operations program. This position will be responsible for overseeing U.S. and international export control activities, ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations, and driving the development and continuous improvement of export compliance processes throughout the organization. The Export Operations Supervisor will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting business operations, logistics, supply chain, engineering, procurement, legal, and sales organizations. This role will be responsible for export licensing, commodity classifications, Automated Export System (AES) filing oversight, denied party screening processes, export controls program development, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience building and managing export compliance programs within a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor or high-technology industry.
