This is a senior individual contributor role combining hands-on technical expertise, customer engagement and business development. The FAE will act as a key technical interface between customers and onsemi, driving engagements from early system discussions through design-in, validation and production. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product Lines, Systems/Application Engineering and other FAEs to develop new business opportunities and translate customer requirements into technical and product insights.\n Responsibilities\nAct as a lead technical interface for customers and channel partners within the assigned region.\nUnderstand customer systems, architectures and roadmaps and position relevant onsemi technologies and solutions.\nDrive technical engagements from concept and product selection through design-in, validation and production.\nProvide hands-on support including schematic reviews, system bring-up, validation, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.\nIdentify and develop new opportunities, working with Sales to drive disciplined funnel execution and maximize onsemi business.\nBuild strong technical relationships with customer engineering and R&D teams.\nCapture customer requirements, market trends and competitive insights and provide feedback to Product Lines and Systems teams.\nEnable channel partners in their Demand Creation activities, ensuring strong onsemi focus and driving higher registrations-to-DWIN conversions.\nDeliver technical presentations and training to customers, channel partners and Sales.\nShare technical knowledge and best practices across the FAE organization and peers.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline\n10+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably including customer-facing applications, systems or field engineering.\nStrong experience in power electronics, analog and/or mixed-signal technologies.\nGood system-level understanding and proven hands-on capabilities in hardware design, validation and debugging.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:Power semiconductors including MOSFET, IGBT, SiC and GaN technologies\nAC-DC, DC-DC and DC-AC power conversion.\nAutomotive power electronics.\nRenewable energy, energy storage and EV charging.\nMotor control and industrial drives.\nIndustrial automation, sensing and connectivity.\n\nStrong customer orientation, communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to independently manage multiple customer engagements and priorities.\nFluent English is required.
