initiatives.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, machine histories, and technical documentation.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.\nCoordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.\nSupport continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\n Education\nAssociate Degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in:Electronics Engineering Technology\nElectrical Technology\nMechanical Technology\nMechatronics\nIndustrial Technology\nRelated Engineering or Technical courses\n\nExperience\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering support in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nFresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.\nTechnical Competencies\nKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.\nExperience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.\nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance systems and methodologies.\nBasic understanding of PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and automated equipment is an advantage.\nKnowledge of semiconductor assembly or test equipment is preferred.\nSkills and Attributes\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAble to work independently and within a
