The role supports the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through independent assessment, identification of risks and opportunities for improvement, and verification of corrective actions.\nThe Internal Quality Auditor works cross-functionally with process owners, manufacturing teams, business functions, and leadership to promote quality management system compliance and continual improvement, and to ensure audit program effectiveness.\n Audit Planning and Preparation\nParticipate in the development and execution of the annual internal audit program.\nReview applicable standards, procedures, customer requirements, and previous audit results.\nDevelop audit plans, checklists, and sampling approaches.\nCoordinate audit schedules with auditees and relevant stakeholders.\nAudit Execution\nConduct internal system, process, product, and compliance audits.\nAssess conformity to:ISO 9001 requirements\nIATF 16949 requirements (where applicable)\nCustomer-specific requirements\nInternal procedures and specifications\n\nGather objective evidence through interviews, observations, and document reviews.\nApply process-based and risk-based auditing techniques.\nAudit Reporting\nPrepare clear, factual, and timely audit reports.\nDocument findings supported by objective evidence.\nPresent audit conclusions during closing meetings.\nCommunicate significant risks, nonconformities, and improvement opportunities.\nCorrective Action Management\nReview root cause analyses and corrective action plans.\nVerify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.\nMonitor open findings through closure.\nEscalate overdue or ineffective actions as required.\nQuality System Maintenance and Improvement\nIdentify and support continual improvement initiatives.\nContribute to the enhancement of internal audit methodologies and practices.\nSustain Global Quality System activities for an effective QMS \nAuditor Qualification and Development\nMaintain internal auditor qualifications and competence.\nComplete and/or provide required auditor training\nStay current with revisions to quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.\nWith lead auditor certificate\nExperience\nMinimum 5-year work experience in semiconductor or electronics industry\nDefined audit program and led audits against ISO9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3\nOrganized cross-functional audits or worked with global organizations\nSupported certification or customer audits \nSkills/Knowledge/Attitude\nAbove average English and traditional Chinese communication skills, assertive and with good interpersonal skills\nSound interpretation of QMS standards and core tools\nApplication of problem-solving techniques such as 8D \nKnowledge on semiconductor design, manufacturing, and support processes and activities\nProficient in Microsoft applications and SharePoint\nGood in documentation and records management\nStrong work ethics, time management and conflict management\nPositive attitude with customer satisfaction mindset\nWilling to travel\nPreferably competent in data analytics and AI agent creation\nPreferably with experience leading Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)
