enterprise architecture.\n IT Service Intake & Demand Management\nGovern the centralized intake process for IT service requests, enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives.\nFacilitate intake reviews, triage sessions, and prioritization meetings.\nAssess business value, operational impact, risk, urgency, dependencies, and resource requirements.\nEnsure incoming requests contain complete business requirements and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate approval workflows across business, IT, cybersecurity, architecture, and compliance teams.\nService Catalog Governance\nManage and continuously improve the IT service catalog.\nPartner with Service Owners to define:Service offerings\nRequest forms\nSLA targets\nApproval workflows\nFulfillment processes\n\nEnsure service catalog items remain standardized, measurable, and user-friendly.\nDrive adoption of self-service capabilities and workflow automation. \nProgram & Project Portfolio Management\nManage a portfolio of IT initiatives from intake through closure.\nDevelop project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting.\nTrack project delivery performance, milestone completion, budget utilization, and benefit realization.\nCoordinate cross-functional execution across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, manufacturing systems, and third-party vendors.\nITSM & ITIL Process Leadership\nSupport implementation and maturation of ITIL practices including:Service Request Management\nService Catalog Management\nChange Management\nIncident Management\nProblem Management\nContinual Service Improvement\n\nEnsure requests follow established governance and operational processes.\nRecommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve service steering committees, prioritization reviews, and governance meetings.\nCommunicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items.\nProvide executive-ready reporting and portfolio updates.\n Education\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.\nExperience\n7+ years of Program Management, Project Management, PMO, IT Service Management, or IT Operations experience.\nExperience managing enterprise technology portfolios and cross-functional programs.\nHands-on experience with ITSM or Service Management environments.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or supply chain operations preferred.\nTechnical Knowledge\nITIL Framework\nIT
